Explore Yorkshire
Hull is a great base from which to explore Yorkshire. For a breath of bracing sea air, head for the east coast to visit the traditional seaside resorts of Hornsea or Bridlington.
The historic town of Beverley is just a few miles from Hull and is well worth a visit as you make your way north to the magnificent North York Moors National Park. Head back via the country town of Malton to York, to see the soaring twin towers of the Minster and the quaint bustle of The Shambles.
